Hey Rob,
Awesome week ya marra...
Stuart and myself left on friday with great big smiles on our faces.
i dont think we ever thought at the start of the week we could have nailed that grade 5 ice climb, i remember stu following me up the grade 2 muttering "i hope it doesnt get harder than this"!! but by the end of the week we did indeed nail that grade 5 (without a slip)!
Great guiding Rob, especialy as we had that high avalanche warning, which with your route choice didnt hold us back. Dont want to big you up to much but your instruction was fantastic which has left me with the knowledge to crack on and get out for myself!
We will be back next year to try some bigger, harder, gnarlier winter routes,
