Many thanks Rob for your alpine 'bootcamp' week in September, safely extending my limit and even helping me shed a few pounds in the process despite me thinking I'd already put the hard yards in beforehand. I said I wanted a course that would 'put it all together' and I'd say you did that and a lot more - up the verglas on the Dent du Geant in crampons, etc, etc! Amazing. I came out the other end with a lot more knowledge and confidence than I went in with and it was great fun to boot. Launching off solo the following week on a variety of missions with Marc assuredly in the lead was testament to all you helped us to achieve. Memorable times. Encore! Cheers Steve
