This fine snowy ridge is very quickly accessed from the Prarion lift summit and either side of the mountain can be skied. The East face back towards the Chamonix Valley or the West Face back in to the Plancerts piste on the St. Gervais side.

Fine skinning journey up through the Combe Vierge from the Aiguille du Midi and in to the entrance to these very fine long & sustained slopes leading down in to the Italian side of the Geant Ice Fall, Vallee Blanche.
Sustained North Facing Powder Skiing In The Combe Noire
Leading down from approximately 3400m to the Salle a Manger around 1000m below, this is a fine slope! Sustained & crevassed through the Italian Geant Ice fall section but with lots of excellent fall line skiing and an exposed traverse above crevasses to exit.
